Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aestivo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Aestivo is offered on a subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing cycles, taxes and any refund policy are set out in your subscription order or commercial agreement. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of the service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your Aestivo account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. We provide standard password reset and account recovery mechanisms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to resell or sublicense the platform without authorization, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend access for any breach of these acceptable-use rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Aestivo platform, including all software, design and documentation, is the intellectual property of Aestivo and its licensors. Merchants retain ownership of the business data they input into the platform and grant Aestivo a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aestivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Aestivo's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
