We collect information that merchants and authorized users provide directly to us when creating an account, subscribing to the service, or contacting support. This includes account information (name, business name, email, phone), billing information, and the business operational data you enter into the platform — such as customer records, orders, staff records and inventory. We also collect device and usage logs to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate the Aestivo platform, process billing, provide customer support, improve the product, and protect the service against fraud and abuse. We do not use merchant or end-customer data for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply standard SaaS security practices including access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
4. Information Sharing
Aestivo does not sell merchant or end-customer personal data. We share data only with trusted processors strictly necessary to operate the service — such as cloud hosting, payment processing and transactional email providers — under contractual data-protection terms.
5. Your Rights & Contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@aestivo.ai. Where required by law, we will respond to such requests within the applicable statutory time frame.
