1. Corporate Information

Aestivo operates a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management service for Retail, F&B and Salon businesses. The operating entity, jurisdiction and registration details will be confirmed at the point of customer onboarding. 2. Service Availability

The Aestivo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to customers in advance via email or in-app notification.

3. Right to Revisions

We may revise our policies, terms and pricing from time to time. Where the changes are material, we will provide affected customers with at least thirty (30) days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Trademarks

"Aestivo" and the Aestivo logo are trademarks of the operating entity. All other product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of our marks is prohibited.
