Yes. Seats are held during checkout, and you can keep VIP seats back.

How do buyers receive their tickets?

A QR ticket by WhatsApp once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, and also under My Tickets in the member app.

Can we sell at the door too?

Yes. Counter sales use the same seat map, so online and door sales sit in one count.
